Most brains repeat patterns: regime detection, fallback, guard, priority, EV ranking, budget allocation. Add composable primitives:

when-regime, priority, fallback, guard, weighted-choice
reusable risk: hazard, cum-default, ev, cushion, vickrey-bid
portfolio allocator: rank by EV, liquidity floor, powder reserve, shelf splitting
opponent model: ema, softmax-share, predict-next, laplace

(define-strategy super (regime :thin (price-defensively) :war (never-chase) :hot (carry-trade) :else (tatonnement))) — turning 200-line brains into 50-line declarative strategies. Acceptance: the combinators exist, are tested, and at least one shipped brain is expressed through them.
