adapt.lisp, empire.lisp, and super.lisp all define list-min and scan-book — colliding and confusing. Add:

(module super ...)
(import ...)
private vs public definitions
namespaced state and helpers

Acceptance: module/import forms exist, and the shared helpers live in a library module rather than being redefined per file.
