Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The hook contract should be explicit: when is deposit-rate called, what does loan-bids return, can bond-offers see this turn's market, what side effects are allowed. Plus a cookbook: "how to price a loan", "how to detect a storm", "how to run a Vickrey bid", "how to backtest a regime".
Acceptance: a docs page (in-repo markdown) covering the hook contract and the cookbook entries.
