Parent: #28. Track which tools each brain actually deploys (loan bids, bond offers, bond takes, auction bids, loans won, auctions won) and fold it into the bench so every hypothesis is tested against the same reproducible numbers.
Superseded by the [v0.4.0] breakdown of #28 (issues #35-#40). This duplicates #40; closing to keep the board to one real plan. Work and progress track in #40.
