Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Parent: #28. Each main brain gets the tools it's missing (revocation, borrowing, auction bids, per-loan risk pricing) while keeping a distinct playbook. Hypothesis first, test, iterate. Bench and probe numbers decide.
