Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Build four specialist brains that each play exactly one mechanism extremely well: deposits, loans, the bond market, and bankruptcy auctions. These are test fixtures for the gauntlet, and they all ship in the repo (ai/*-spec.lisp) but are never part of the default game roster.
Acceptance: all four build, run, and each visibly dominates its own mechanism in a mixed game (measured, not assumed).
Part of #28 (the midterm).
Four specialists written, build clean: deposit-spec (max-rate deposits, deploys into loans), loan-spec (zero deposits, funds via cheap bond takes, bids above market on every loan), bond-spec (farms the bond spread, borrows at high prices and lends at low prices), auction-spec (near-par bond lending to keep capital working, aggressive Vickrey-safe bankruptcy bids). All in ai/, none in the default roster. Gauntlet run executing now.
One-mechanism specialists have been in the repo since
d79cb87: deposit-spec, loan-spec, bond-spec, auction-spec, never in the default roster. Measured in every bench v5 gauntlet: deposit-spec 3/1040 wins, loan-spec 125/1040, bond-spec 4/1040, auction-spec 26/1040. Builds and runs clean. Subagent assigned to re-verify and close.Subagent started on this issue now: verifying the four specialists build/run and are measured in the gauntlet, then closing.
