Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
the bank summary needs to be posted prior to all major actions such as bidding on loans and offering bonds to make an informed decision. atm it is only at the start of the turn.
On it. Plan: factor the turn-start HUD (cash / deposits / net position / balance sheet line / rate) into one helper and print it immediately before every major human decision — loan bidding, bond offers, bond takes, and the bankruptcy auction bid — so each prompt reads live state. The turn-start HUD stays where it is. Build + tests + interactive smoke (scripted stdin), then a PR against master. (#63 churn-capture is nearly done in parallel; both land as separate PRs.)
PR opened: #66 — summary printed before loan bids, bond offers, bond takes, and auction bids (turn-start HUD unchanged). Interactive smoke verified the HUD sits directly above each prompt; spectate regression clean.
Shipped via PR #66: the bank summary (cash, deposits, net position, balance sheet, rate) now prints immediately before loan bidding, bond offers, bond takes, and auction bids. Closing.
