Bank summary now precedes every major human decision

The turn-start HUD is factored into humanHUD(b) (cash, deposits, net position, compact balance sheet, deposit rate) and printed immediately before:

loan bidding (enter loan# rate%),
bond offers (enter price units),
bond takes (cash wanted),
the bankruptcy auction cash bid.

The turn-start display is unchanged. Verified with a scripted interactive game (human seat 1): the HUD appears directly above each prompt with live state (e.g. cash 70,347 → BID ON LOANS). Headless spectate regression: 0 [ai errors, 0 ACCT/CF divergences, and no HUD output leaks into headless mode. go build, go test ., go vet ./... all green.
