What: the bond market table now aggregates standing offers by exact price level, in the market's fill order. Each level row shows total UNITS, CASH RAISED, and the IMPLIED / TURN range (min-max, since same-price offers can have different turns left). A player looking to borrow at a particular rate now sees exactly how much can be taken there before committing.

Where: both the bond-take screen and the standing-market view (interactive paths only; headless output unchanged).

Verified: go build + go test + go vet clean; scripted interactive smoke on the cash-glut preset shows the block rendering with correct numbers (e.g. 10 units @ 19852 -> 198,521 cash, 0.0745%/turn); headless spectate regression clean (0 VOLUME-AT-PRICE lines, 0 ai errors, 0 divergences).

The market table now aggregates standing offers by exact price in the
fill order, showing per level: total units, the cash they raise, and
the implied per-turn rate range, so a player can see how much can be
taken at a particular rate before committing. Shown on the bond-take
screen and the standing-market view; interactive paths only.

Why would there be a min-max... this should be a column of the bond market row, there is no ambiguity. Also you need to go further in presentation: column for total in row (price x units) and cumulative (total + all previous total at that price of money(in taking order)).

Drop the separate volume block and its rate range: the market table now
carries VOL@PRICE (units at that exact price), TOTAL (price x units),
and CUMULATIVE (running total in the taking order) as columns on each
row, on both the take screen and the standing-market view.
