--version and -v print "bankwars v0.6.1" and exit. The releaseVersion constant is bumped on every tagged release.

Note on the --replay report in #137: the flag was never removed from the code — the v0.6.0 macOS asset was corrupted in its first upload (stored 2,085,147 bytes vs the 2,111,931 uploaded, binary inside missing the flag). The asset has been re-uploaded and now verifies byte-for-byte; a download-verification step is added to the ship gate.

every tagged release.
