Delete branch "120-finite"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Every human numeric entry now rejects non-finite input, matching the AI-side guard: promptRateDef (deposit rate, auction bid), the per-loan bid, the bond offer price/size, and the bond take amount. The deposit rate is clamped to [0, cap] instead of accepting anything non-negative, and the per-loan bid clamp is widened to ±cap so negative rates are expressible per loan (the #126 human half).
Verified with a scripted run typing NaN/Inf at every prompt: all seven rejected, zero NaN/Inf lines in the entire game, no divergences.
