Delete branch "124-revoke"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The revocation path returned committed cash without the matching financing entry, so the engine's CF DIVERGENCE detector fired every revoking turn and the GAAP cash-flow statement misstated investing activities. The expiry and own-offer-retirement paths both book CF.BondsReturned; revocation does now too.
Regression test: place 9500 committed, revoke, cash returns, the CF books it, and a full finance pass logs no CF DIVERGENCE. Full suite + vet clean.
